ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Brannon Poland - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
- New customer acquisition and onboarding.
- Educate prospects and customers regarding insurance coverage options.
- Conduct Needs Analysis to effectively recommend insurance coverage to prospects and customers.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Property and Casualty License required.
- Life and Health License required.
- Series 6, 63, and 65 securities licenses preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
- Opportunity requires engaging others in conversations.
- Problem solving skills required.
- Must be a team player.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $30,500.00 - $68,400.00 per year
